So I have decided to keep track of my progress by starting a blog. If there's more than just myself aware of my weightloss goals, then maybe this will motivate me. So as of yesterday, I decided I would restrict my wine consumption (which due to a stressful few months has been alot lately) to one glass a week. I have also set a goal to drink water 8times a day (I tend to forget to drink water) starting off with a glass of cold water in the morning.

So with all of this in mind, and a goal to go to the gym three times a week (which I have already been doing, but will try to get back into yoga again) I will let you guys know if I manage this in a few days.
